Exploring Wales By Coach
[reblogged from wikimedia]
Wales has plenty of beautiful places to visit with something for people of all ages.
Why not spend a few hours at Portmeirion? Even if you have never seen ‘The Prisoner’ then it is still a really cool place to visit. And if you have watched the series, then it will be a truly magical place to go.
The architecture is amazing and there are some lovely gardens to wander around as well. It is a very popular destination for a lot of holidaymakers, especially those on coach tours.
That is the great thing about going to Wales; there are all kinds of wonderful places tucked away. All you have to do is to find them on a local map (or the internet before you even leave home!).
And going away on coach holidays is so much easier than travelling by car. After all, some of these tourist spots can actually be a little bit difficult to find… If you go by coach then you know that you aren’t going to end up getting lost!
Another Way To See Europe
[reblogged from europemapofeurope.net]
A lot of people are under the impression that coach tours are limited to England, Wales and Scotland. But there are, in fact, lots of trips to many different locations in mainland Europe.
And what a great way they are to travel! You are not going to miss out on a single thing and you will be able to get some great photographs as well. Because coaches are so much higher, you will have a far better view than you would do in a car.
Coach holidays are renowned for being a really comfortable and stylish way of getting around. Most modern fleets are equipped with air conditioning, toilets and fully adjustable seating. They certainly beat travelling by car; especially if you are the one who has to drive.
Now all you have to do is decide on which part of Europe you want to visit; and there are many interesting places to choose from…
Don’t Miss Out On The Sights

When there are beautiful sights like this to see it is easy to understand the lure of coach trips. If you drive a car around Paris at night you will end up seeing very little. Your passengers will get a good look at everything, but you will be too busy watching the road. If you miss out on seeing a city as stunning as this then you are bound to feel a bit miffed.
And this is one of the biggest attractions of hopping onto a coach to see Europe instead. No more needing to keep your eyes on the traffic or having to get to grips with driving on the opposite side of the road. You will be completely free to sit back, relax and enjoy all of the wonderful views.
So, if you want to visit somewhere picturesque, you may want to consider looking at what coach tours are on offer…
Long Journeys With Happy Kids
[reblogged from loveyourchaos.tumblr]
Holiday car journeys can be long, uncomfortable and incredibly boring. And if you have children, then keeping them occupied can soon turn into an absolute nightmare. ‘Are we nearly there yet?’ has to be the most popular question asked by any small passenger in the back seat…
If you didn’t need to have your eyes on the road then it would be a whole lot easier to keep everyone happy. Having a conversation with your kids isn’t the easiest thing in the world when you need to concentrate on driving. And this is why so many families are going away on coach tours instead.
Kids thrive on attention, so if you can sit and talk to them properly they will appreciate it. Okay, so they may still get a little bit bored after a few hours, but it is far easier to keep them happy on coach trips than it is on car journeys.
Going away like this is far more enjoyable for everyone. The children will get more of your time and you will have a chance to relax.
A Better Option Than Flying
[reblogged from flickr]
It seems as if coach tours are rapidly growing in popularity amongst British holidaymakers.
Since all of the additional delays at airports with security, a lot of people have gone off the idea of flying to their destination. Getting on a plane has suddenly become far more difficult than it once was. And there is also the continuing debate over how much weight is allowed in luggage. In many ways the airlines are effectively shooting themselves in the foot.
Bearing this in mind, it is easy to understand why so many more people are choosing to use coaches as their method of travel. In a lot of ways they are much more comfortable than a plane and it is far easier to organise a trip abroad. Plenty of coach firms will be able to give you a very long list of European destinations.
The internet is the easiest place to look for coach holidays and they can normally be booked both quickly and easily.
