It can be really awkward to go away on holiday if you have a physical disability.  Everywhere is supposed to be ‘wheelchair friendly’ these days, although it isn’t quite as simple as that….  Things are certainly better than they once were, but we still have a long way to go.  Many of our pavements need to be improved upon and disabled toilet facilities often leave quite a lot to be desired!
