Scotland By Coach
[reblogged from studyabroadfoundation.org]
Edinburgh is an amazing place to visit when you are travelling around on coach tours. There are just so many different things to see and do there. And if you choose the right time of year then you’ll get to see the massive Folk Festival as well. It is an extremely cultured city which has a huge variety of restaurants, galleries, museums and parks.
But Edinburgh isn’t the only great destination in Scotland. It all depends on what you want from your holiday. There are plenty of shopping areas to visit, many castles to explore and some truly stunning landscapes to see. In a lot of ways, Scotland has it all.
Whatever type of holiday you are planning, coach trips are an excellent way to travel. They are comfortable, clean and air conditioned. Most modern coaches will even have reclining seats fitted for passengers.
And that all means your journey will be a pleasant and relaxing one.
Exploring Wales By Coach
[reblogged from wikimedia]
Wales has plenty of beautiful places to visit with something for people of all ages.
Why not spend a few hours at Portmeirion? Even if you have never seen ‘The Prisoner’ then it is still a really cool place to visit. And if you have watched the series, then it will be a truly magical place to go.
The architecture is amazing and there are some lovely gardens to wander around as well. It is a very popular destination for a lot of holidaymakers, especially those on coach tours.
That is the great thing about going to Wales; there are all kinds of wonderful places tucked away. All you have to do is to find them on a local map (or the internet before you even leave home!).
And going away on coach holidays is so much easier than travelling by car. After all, some of these tourist spots can actually be a little bit difficult to find… If you go by coach then you know that you aren’t going to end up getting lost!
