PostHeaderIcon The Cost of Travelling

[reblogged from digital-photography-school]

The business of driving just seems to be getting more and more expensive every day.  Fuel prices look like they will continue to rise and it’s usually really expensive to get your car repaired these days.  In a few years time, there will probably only be about half the amount of traffic on our roads.  Most people will just be far too skint to run their own car anymore!   Going to a major sporting event or a huge rock concert can present you with a number of problems.  It may be the experience of a lifetime, but going by car can be an absolute pain.  You have the route to plan out and trying to find a parking space that is anywhere close to the event will often prove to be a nightmare.  Not only that, but when you finally get back out, you will still have a long way to drive back home.  And if you are feeling tired then this can soon take away some of the magic.
